MAGIC KINGDOM
Inspired by the original Disneyland theme park in California, the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida was opened in October of 1971. Its six “lands”: Main Street USA; Adventureland; Liberty Square; Frontierland; Fantasyland; and Tomorrowland, still make up today’s park. New rides and attractions are added often in addition to the most popular that remain and continue to be enjoyed, such as Space Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean. Visitors throughout the park also have the opportunity to meet and greet their favorite Disney characters, adding to the magic of the park.

EPCOT
EPCOT is an acronym for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. It consists of Future World and the World Showcase and is dedicated to international culture and technological innovation. Future World contains multiple pavilions, all of which explore innovative aspects and applications of technology which are demonstrated through attractions such as Spaceship Earth, Innoventions, Test Track and Mission: Space. The World Showcase highlights eleven countries: Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, USA, Japan, Morocco, France, United Kingdom and Canada. Each country’s pavilion is staffed by native citizens as part of Disney’s Cultural Representative Program and visitors can get a glimpse of culture and cuisine from around the world.

HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is themed on Old Hollywood from the 1930s and 1940s. The park is divided into six areas: Hollywood Boulevard; Echo Lake; Streets of America; Animation Courtyard; Pixar Place; and Sunset Boulevard, with each area focusing on a different aspect of show business, from merchandise and movie sets, to stunt shows and the development process of an animated character. Thrill rides and live entertainment complete this park making it a must see on your Disney adventure.

ANIMAL KINGDOM
Animal Kingdom is Walt Disney World’s newest park. A combination of theme park and zoo, it is focused on conservation and education and sits on 500 acres of exotic landscape. It is home to 600 species of trees, 350 species of grasses and 1,800 different shrubs, ferns, mosses and perennials. The Tree of Life, the centerpiece of the park, stands 14 stories tall and is sculpted to display 325 animals on its trunk. The two main attractions are the roller coaster Expedition Everest and Kilimanjaro Safaris which provides park guests with the opportunity to see live animals ranging from antelopes and giraffes to lions and zebras.
